Where It Began
Our History
Double Diamond Property & Construction Services was incorporated in Colorado in 1997. Originally, we assisted real estate agents and homeowners in completing punch-list items required for the purchase or sale of a property. Over the years, our services expanded to include remodels and custom homes. We completed construction of our first home in 2000. This was a 4,000 sq. ft. home in Blue River.

Who We Are
Double Diamond Property & Construction Services specializes in building high-quality custom homes throughout Summit County, Colorado, and takes great pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and personalized service. We believe what sets us apart is our experienced in-house crew, many of whom have been with us for over 15 years. By handling most phases of construction in-house, we maintain greater control over quality, scheduling, and attention to detail throughout the entire building process.
Building a custom home is a significant investment, and we believe the process should be as rewarding as the finished product. We work closely with our clients every step of the way to ensure their vision becomes reality while maintaining clear communication and transparency throughout construction.
Our reputation in Summit County has been built on quality workmanship, integrity, and lasting relationships with our clients. Many of the homeowners we have worked with continue to stay in touch long after their homes are completed, which we value tremendously.

Our fee is fixed; it is not cost plus.
