Originally we assisted Real Estate Agents and home owners complete punch list items needed for the purchase or sale of a property. Our services expanded to remodels and custom homes over the years.We completed building our first home in 2000. This was a 4,000 sq/ft home in Blue River.

OUR FEE IS FIXED it is not cost plus OUR WARRANTY IS TWO YEARS (yes 2 years). We're confident in the homes we build, we want you to be also. WE HAVE A SIX (6) MONTH AND TWELVE (12) MONTH INSPECTION AFTER CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. If we notice anything is needed we'll take care of it. The mechanical systems will be inspected and serviced during this time also. YOU WILL NOT BE "JUST ANOTHER HOUSE" and YOU'RE NOT "JUST ANOTHER CLIENT". We want your house to be everything you can imagine, and we will offer any knowledge to help in costs savings, energy savings, value engineering, and unique and practical ideas.
